Getting up before dawn and heading out camera in hand nearly always returns excellent results. Whether its the sun scraping across open fields, the dew resting on tall blades of grass, or fog clearing across open waters, there is always something magical about dawn. Similar can be said for dusk, both ‘golden hours’.
As a photographer, these are known as the best times to be out and looking for subject matter. So many things happen during these golden hours, so much to see and capture. Normal scenes during normal daytime hours take on a new magical look at dusk and dawn. Always worth loosing a little sleep for these captures.
